I’ve always been drawn to the unique magic within individuals and communities—the pure potential waiting to be uncovered and unleashed. My work is fueled by a desire to empower others to rise, find clarity, and create meaningful impact. My passion's been exponentially amplified through my own journey of resilience, growth, and connection, in America, Israel, and beyond.
I was born in California, made in Texas, and live in Israel. My adoption by my Israeli Jewish family in Los Angeles away from my biological family in Tennessee offered me a strange sort of lense on identity, resilience, and empowerment. My childhood in the Jewish private school system taught me the power of community, storytelling, and values-driven leadership- empowering the whole person.
Moving to Israel as a young adult was a transformative leap that immersed me in a new culture, teaching me resilience and the beauty of navigating complex identities. Living through serious conflict strengthened me and my hopes for a better future. Overcoming a severe injury & health crisis, then caring for my father during his battle with cancer changed me forever, teaching me to transform pain into power, embrace empathy, and find strength in the face of profound challenges. My personal journey informs my approach to faith, life and leadership. We were born to live our fullest, most impactful lives. Of that, I'm certain.
My career has taken me across borders—from working at an e-vapor startup in Israel, fostering diversity and helping facilitate its acquisition and integration with an American Fortune 200 company, to partnering with a volun-tourism foundations in Africa, and working with American and Israeli leaders aimed at empowering our ecosystems and its people. Thank God for the opportunities and the divine pathways we paved.
Today, I sit on the advisory board of Global Jewry and lead the engagement of our 350+ partners and growing Advisory Board. I support leaders, innovators, nonprofits, and community organizations in Israel, and contribute to our local orchard’s community initiatives, tour hosting, and strategic oversight. Through storytelling, strategy, and creativity, I empower others to see and present themselves in their best light and create meaningful impact. I'm working on my book, too. Stay tuned.
Startup To FORTUNE 200 Leadership
I worked in a pluralistic, dynamic environment at an e-vapor startup in Israel for
6+ years, helping lead the company to a successful $110 million acquisition and integration by a Fortune 200 parent company through my customer experience, brand management, strategy, and organizational development leadership roles.
Community Empowerment in Africa
My time in South Africa volunteering in townships and in HQ with leadership at a leading volun-tourism foundation (African Impact) formed my foundations and love for community development programs led by the people for the people.

Community Engagement
As Director of Marketing and Recruitment for a Birthright Israel program, I helped build a new next-gen award-winning brand focused on accesibility, compassion, local economy, and sustainability. I currently lead partner engagement for Global Jewry and serve on the distinguished Advisory Board.

I’ve partnered with and supported philanthropists, startup founders, generals, aerospace CEOs, nonprofit innovators, wellness advocates, and agricultural pioneers to help them align their narratives and amplify their impact. I currently focus my work on local leaders and initiatives, navigating us forward through war and peace.
